Our presenters are not just experts in their respective fields, but they are also local Perth business owners and registered professionals who are deeply committed to our core values of promoting sustainability and enhancing the quality of life for miners both on and off-site.

Our Facilitators and presenters play a pivotal role in shaping the experience at EnjoyYourMine. They include financial advisors, psychologists, coaches for men and women, personal trainers, nutrition experts, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and instructors in music, art, dance, and cultural engagement. We also collaborate with First Nations presenters to promote cultural engagement and business development within the mining industry.

Dr. Paul Callaghan

Facilitator and Author.

The Dreaming Path has always been there, but in the modern-day world, it can be hard to find. There are so many demands on us – family, health, bills, a mortgage, a career – that it can be hard to remember what’s most important: you.

Paul Callaghan is an Aboriginal man belonging to the land of the Worimi people, located one hour north of Newcastle, New South Wales. He has held a number of senior executive positions in his career, and has experience in a number of industries including Aboriginal community services, Aboriginal culture and heritage, Aboriginal home care, Aboriginal social housing, custodial services, disability services, education, farming, government, employment, mining, primary health care, social housing, the university sector, vocational education and youth services.

These days Paul runs his own cultural consultancy business, aiming to share his learning about connection to Aboriginal culture, philosophy and spirituality with all who are willing to listen. He is also a motivational speaker, PhD candidate, storyteller, dancer and author. In 2014 he published a book entitled Iridescence: Finding Your Colours and Living Your Story. The Dreaming Path is his first book published for mainstream trade.

Rob Glen

Nationally acclaimed public speaker and lecturer on financial, professional development, and management concepts.

With 35 years of experience in company directorships, project engineering, business management, financial planning, professional development, and corporate training, Rob possesses a unique set of skills and a depth of practical experience. This allows him to deliver content from his flagship programs with ease to any audience, at any level, and in any situation, all while maintaining an easy-to-follow, practical, and engaging approach.

Rob’s flagship programs, the FMPIA Course and “Money Matters,” remain focal points of his expertise. Rob also offers “Money Matters” sessions, adaptable in duration and delivery method, emphasising live interaction and feedback.

Grace Mugabe

Founder & CEO

PA, GAICD is an award-winning Money Coach, Workshop Facilitator, Small Business Money Mentor and an Accountant with personality and sass.

Grace’s organisation, Financially Empowered, specialises in financial literacy and education. In the years following the financial crisis, Grace walked away from a lucrative role in the mining sector to re-route her skills around financial literacy and education. She has a particular interest in empowering women, migrants and other under-represented communities.

Grace has previously been cited on media outlets such as Channel 7, Channel 9, 6PR Radio & the West Australian as a financial literacy & budgeting expert.

Grace has been recognised for her work with the community with awards such as being named a 2021 AMP Foundation ‘Tomorrow Maker’, finalist in the 2019 Women in Finance Awards ‘Women’s Community Program of the Year’ for her Migrant Money Matters program and finalist in the 2017 United Nations Association of Australia (WA) ‘Excellence in Gender Equity Promotion’ Award. Jeremy Swan

In mining since 18, Jeremy has been through it all – relationship ups and downs, health battles, and tough times with his mental health. It’s real stuff we face out here. A piece of gold advice from a mentor hit home: ‘Don’t just tough it out alone.’ That changed everything. It wasn’t about just getting through the day anymore; it was about learning from the rough patches and coming out stronger. Now, as a Mental Wellness Coach, Jeremy uses what he’s been through to help others. Workshops such as, ‘Relationships & Rest’, ‘Health & Habits’, and ‘Mindset & Mental Wellness’, are all about practical, real-life stuff to help you get better at home and at work. The aim? To make sure none of us in the mining world have to go it alone, improving our well-being and getting the most out of life, both on and off the job.

Farsight Advisory

Alfred specialises in Goal-based advice, focusing on strategy to achieve the individual’s goals. Alfred has walked in many different shoes, coming from humble beginnings, going to a prestige school, from working in construction, banking, and FIFO (oil and gas) to professional services. He believes everyone deserves to have what they want, it depends on their beliefs, knowledge and broadening their horizons.

Personally working in FIFO, Alfred knows the struggles and sacrifices that are made to do this kind of work. Coming from nothing, to cashing the big bucks and a young family and providing for them; everything he didn’t get when he was younger.

Alfred knows FIFO is a volatile industry and therefore individuals need to use this industry to get ahead financially to reduce the risks of financial stress, being away from family, and marital breakups.

Meet Lloyd Johnson, the Owner & Director of Aspire Group, a seasoned Sports Scientist, and Strength & Conditioning Coach. With over 12 years of experience, Lloyd has successfully orchestrated numerous corporate health and wellness programs, catered to all age groups and physical abilities.

Lloyd presents an engaging 1.5-hour workshop focusing on the physiological and mental health benefits of balanced living. In this session, miners will gain insights into exercise, nutrition, sleep, and social well-being.

Roslyn Gray

Qualified dietitian specialising in eating disorders and disordered eating.

Roslyn has worked in both the NHS and private settings, more recently supporting clients via online consults. She has additional training in body image, intuitive eating and counselling skills. Roslyn is also a qualified yoga teacher and offers a holistic approach to support clients to improve their relationship with food and their body image. She encourages clients to explore embodiment practices to achieve this such as; mindfulness, connection, self-regulation, finding balance, and creating self-acceptance.

She has had her own struggles with body image and disordered eating in the past but now enjoys training for triathlons and hiking. Roslyn supports clients with emotional eating, binge eating and hypothalamic amenorrhea.

Didi Jordan

Founder – Sober Chapters

Didi is a dedicated professional with a unique and inspiring approach to life and work. For the last 15 years Didi has been a Principal Recruiter & Career Coach who currently sources Procurement & Commercial Contracts Professionals for the mining industry. She is also an Alcohol Free Empowerment/Transformation Coach and the Founder of Sober Chapters, a Global Coaching business that was born out of her own sober chapter that commenced in 2022.

Didi’s purpose is to educate and inspire people through her own personal experiences, as well as her client’s transformations, of the incredible benefits of taking an extended break from alcohol (physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually) and the opportunities that will undoubtedly arise as a result.

Carla’s passion for sleep coaching was sparked by a personal tragedy – after her father passed away due to chronic disease, partly caused by his poor sleep health, Carla knew she needed to take action to protect her own health and longevity. Through her own journey to better sleep, Carla has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise that she now uses to help others live healthier, happier lives. Carla works with clients privately, runs group workshops and delivers sleep seminars throughout Australia.

Kalan is on a dedicated mission to help men increase their self-worth, break free from self-sabotaging behaviours, and lead fulfilling lives. His own journey, marked by years of feeling trapped in a life that didn’t align with his true self, has transformed him into an integrated men’s coach.

Kalan specialises in guiding men to discover their core values and live in harmony with those values, allowing them to feel deserving of love from both themselves and others. Through his coaching, he empowers men to build self-confidence and embrace a life filled with purpose.

Kalan brings a unique perspective to his coaching, having worked in the mining sector as a Medical Emergency Services Officer and a Physiotherapist. He understands the challenges of living away from friends and family, as well as the unique pressures and demands faced by individuals in this work and living environment.

Kalan’s coaching sessions offer men the opportunity to find their inner strength, overcome obstacles, and rediscover a sense of purpose and self-worth.

Lucy Peach

TED x Speaker, Bachelor of Science in human biology and biomedicine with honours in medicine, and a graduate diploma of education in human biology.

Lucy Peach is a period preacher, author, and folksinger. Lucy is a long-time champion of the power of the menstrual cycle and an advocate for self-love and positive body literacy. She’s educated and empowered thousands with her theatre performances, workshops, and book, using science stories and songs to shift the period narrative in our culture from one of shame to one of pride.
